Indoors. With a craving to go out of doors but a need to keep my train of actions chugging. (It’s a chug-chug train.)
Physical meandering, after all, produces mental meandering. This is not mere metaphor. They are not parallels but partners. The mind is the body without the feet.
So much downtime, though, so much wasted time. And yet wasted time turned well-used time.
You’d think I coulda used that time to go out. But then I might notta done my stuff when I got back.
It’s not fair.
But then I might notta gone out anyway.
